At the very least, have a little faith in yourself.

deciding on a place for my graduation trip at the end of this year!
just got to know the time table for finals and i’ll be free like a bird to travel by 9 nov. which is fantastic, cause bestie’s birthday is on 11th and mine’s on 12th, SO WE SHALL TRAVEL SOMEWHERE for our birthdays!
Kinda torn between 3 continents right now. America (LA), Europe (Germany) or Australia (Brisbane)?
America will be a place that I always wanted to go, Europe cause I have friends over there to take care of me (and of course bunk in with, to save on the costs!), Australia cause bestie will be there anyway.
But since I will be there at the end of the year…. Should I go for winter or summer? Cause America/Europe will be sort of in the “winter” period while Australia will be sunny like crap. I know I’m supposed to be excited for winter/cold weather, cause in Singapore, the coldest we ever get is like 25 degrees C and that’s like PHAT~ but the beaches during summer in Australia! Miss it.. Mmmmhmmm.
Gah. suggestions, anyone?

The proper activity done a few minutes before eating can encourage food calories to get shuttled into the muscle cells, before it has a chance to get stored as body fat.
Increases insulin sensitivity and burns some extra calories.
Air squats are the best option out there for a quick workout before meals.
Read more about it in Tim Ferris’s book “4 hour body”.

sounds good to me!

I’ve decided I am going to do this. Mostly because I am pretty much OBSESSED with squats and I will think of any excuse to do them. Do this challenge, it looks awesome!

Definitely doing this!

Ok maybe for breakfast cause i don’t see how i can do this in public! Haha.
